If I can even put 0 to this place, I would even without trying. Hear this! We were going to eat at the Korean restaurant down the street and as we were driving we saw there is that massage place and right next to it another Korean restaurant so we said that’s cool let’s eat and then get a massage. We went in to check on their packages and we informed her we are going to eat and we will be back and so we left. We were looking at both Korean restaurants there and this exact lady ( in the picture) which we talked to, came after us while we were checking the restaurant out and told us to move the car because it’s theirs and that restaurant. We went to her to understand what she was saying and respectfully said ok. We go back to the restaurant and here she goes, she follows us back to tell us she will call to tow us. She lost the business and made the restaurant lose business too. Got the 90 minute foot massage. Honestly, the best foot massage I ever had. Definitely worth the price.

I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Zudao Foot Massage on Kapiolani, particularly with a male massage therapist who introduced himself as "Michael." At first, Michael asked to connect with me on WeChat and then began sending me roses and making personal comments about how good my body looked during massages. I initially brushed this off and tried not to read too much into it. During a later visit, Michael offered to perform my massage again. Unlike other therapists who would explain procedures and ask permission before applying oil or adjusting clothing, Michael unhooked my bra without communicating or asking for consent beforehand. The entire session made me feel nervous and uncomfortable. The most disturbing incident happened on a subsequent visit. Before my massage, I used the restroom. Unbeknownst to me, the restroom had a second door facing the street. I noticed Michael saw me entering to the bathroom. While I was sitting on the toilet, Michael opened that door and saw me inside. He then acted surprised and closed it. I was shocked and humiliated by the incident. I reported my concerns to the owner two separate times and expected the matter to be taken seriously. I was hoping for an apology, an investigation, or at least some acknowledgment of how inappropriate and upsetting this experience was. Unfortunately, I never received any meaningful response. What makes this especially disappointing is that the other massage therapists I encountered were respectful. However, I cannot overlook what I experienced or the lack of response from management after I reported it. Customers deserve to feel safe, respected, and comfortable during a massage. Based on my experience, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. This is completely unacceptable. The picture below showed the owner simply said "I let him know". Not sure what it meant and nothing more was done from the management after that. I have given ample chances for the management to address without having to post it publicly. Unfortunately this is where we are ended.

Great experience - peaceful open layout clothed body massage with towel. I did a combo body and feet and they begin with you sitting up with feet in hot water while they work on shoulders. Move to laying down for body and then laying down face up for foot massage. Love the environment, they were also able to take me for a walk in which was great.

The only good part was the 3 minutes of lotion with direct skin contact! 27 minutes of having a towel cover my back. I asked for the towel to be removed but she put it right back on 1 second later....zzz dont massage people with a towel covering their back!!!! It doesn't FEEL good :(
